Clubpenguin Transport Tube Therory!

Hey guys, last week since the the issue #253 was released in page A4 Club penguin times are on about the epf getting popular, some of u may and may not have noticed this but i read it over again and look what i found:

In the first paragraph it says:
Since construction quietly finished in may,
the everyday phoning facility has been two things:
Mysterious and busy.

That sounds right about the busy part, but what about the mysterious part.
It has been mysterious since the screen in the HQ when theres a movie about the teleports, cause these are the locations the transport tubes are in:
Beach:

Cove:

That's where the tube transport are found from the HQ.
I dont think they are teleporters cause we have our spy phone and map from transporting easily.
I think Gary is planing to make a secret layer under ground or something.
Ase u saw where the transport tubes are found, you can tell that the tubes pop up under the rock at the cove, and pops up under the net and box of fish.
